Medium: Salons Croma launched a campaign “MY WISH AT CROMA” across 8 salons of Lokhandwala, Mumbai. It was a pilot activity which resulted in a great success and now they are planning to expend it to more than 50 salons across Mumbai. A wish box has been placed inside the salon where a presentative from Croma ask customers to fill their wish forms and drop it in the box. Customers can make a wish for a electronic gadgets with a price they want to buy it for. After finishing the pilot Croma called the customers & tried to fulfil the wish by offering some discount to those people who filled up the wish forms.
